Best Western Plus St. Paul North/Shoreview

Great staff all around. Josh and Sherry at checking made great conversation. Flor made a wonderful breakfast. Jen in housekeeping had a great smile when we asked for more towels.. we were only sad about leaving, can't wait to come back.

Great 5 nights stay here at the North Shoreview Best Western. Of special note was our morning hostess in the breakfast room, Sofia. She was friendly, and helpful and kind! She worked hard to stock food items, and keep the pancake machine, clean and functioning! I swam in the pool every morning. I appreciated the adjoining bathroom and the hot tub. Towels were delivered and new garbage bags when we needed them. At the front desk, no matter what shift, folks were helpful and friendly.Thank you all- it takes a village to make a place run smoothly.

This is where you want to stay! Clean!! Friendly!! Nice breakfast options with more than a typical continental breakfast!! Conveniently located!!!!!

The staff here we're lovely and helpful. There's an indoor pool and hot tub and great spaces for gathering. The rooms are mediocre, but they're good for what you're paying. The restaurant on site is quite good and hotel guests get a discount.

Andi has a heart of gold. She made checking in wonderful and was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast attendants were wonderful as well! Cannot say enough wonderful things about Ryan or Erin, either! Wonderful banquet staff.

Perfect location. Lovely room. Very good breakfast. Checkin desk staff very professional. The breakfast staff lady, Sofia, worked very hard keeping all the items filled and the coffee hot. BW is lucky to have such competent staff. We love BW!

The rooms were spotless, The variety of items served at breakfast met all of the families needs, the coffee bar was a fun addition for grandma, the games to check out and the pool which was clean and a fun diversion for the little girl, and most of all … all of the team members were kind and caring as this family worked through their struggles. Not only did the team meet the basic needs, but they went above and beyond the call of duty providing unbeatable service!! All the actions of this team shows that humanity still cares about each other… Good for all of you! I had an incredible stay at the Best Western Plus in Arden Hills, MN, thanks to the outstanding guest care team. Molly, Andi, Helen, Sherry, Josh, Alivia, and Jacki went above and beyond to make me feel truly welcomed and valued. Their overwhelming kindness and genuine consideration were evident in every interaction, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for me and other guests. What impressed me most was the intuitive accommodations made on my behalf even before I had to ask, such thoughtful service felt like a true blessing. This level of care is rare and truly sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience hospitality that makes you feel appreciated and well cared for.
